About Us.

Co-incidence Ventures Holdings is a small group of privately owned companies co-founded with friends and family. The group aims to interpret business rules with a broader social purpose. Our name reflects the idea that when actions are taken for the right reasons and the good of all, they naturally create trusting connections that lead to powerful co-incidences.

The Co-incidence Experiment.

"What the climate needs to avoid collapse is a contraction in humanity's use of resources; what our economic model demands to avoid collapse is unfettered expansion.

Only one of these sets of rules can be changed, and it's not the laws of nature."

Naomi Klein

This Changes Everything

Naomi Klein’s words from 2014 are a stark reminder that unchecked growth—driving environmental destruction, debt, and inequality—cannot continue. Fixing the ‘operating system’ we are all conditioned to operate within is a complex challenge we no longer have time for. We believe that business, viewed through a new lens, can work within this system to become a powerful driver of the change we urgently need.

We’ve been lucky to be part of businesses driven by passion, where profit became the fuel for doing more of what we love. With friendship and trust at the core, our communities grew, and together we felt empowered by the collective we were becoming. As a result, we’ve developed profitable products and services that fuel our passions and make life a little easier.

We’ve learnt that, unlike markets driven by transactions and consumption for its own sake, collectives thrive on the energy of kindness, joy, and shared purpose. These aren’t just consumers, but creators of meaning—shaping culture and driving change. Their choices reflect a deeper social currency, holding leaders accountable and giving them a mandate for transformation.

For sure, Co-incidence, a small family-owned group of businesses, won't solve these global challenges, but we believe collectives can, if suitable business models support them. Our goal is to share what we learn, build trust through transparency, and inspire others to join us in reimagining business as a force to empower collectives.

Ray Taylor

Founder, Co-incidence

Serial entrepreneur Ray started his first business at eighteen and quickly realised the freedom that comes with private ownership and the importance of aligning profits with goals beyond just making money. This mindset was crucial in founding Revolution, an international branding and change consulting group. Based in London, Milan, and Hong Kong, Revolution partnered with leading CEOs and corporate boards, helping them rethink their assets and markets to discover new opportunities aligned with their purpose and significantly increase their value. After 25 years, Ray sold Revolution to a NASDAQ-listed company and went on to launch Co-incidence Ventures.
